July 1994 • Commencement of the construciton of Pisces own premises at Lot 2645 Jalan Haji Sirat Klang Selangor D E February 1995 • Obtained certificate of fitness & moved into the present office / factory at Lot 2645 Jalan Haji Sirat Klang December 2004 • Obtained Certificated of Accredition from the American Society of Mechnical Engineers (ASME) & its Authorization to use its indicated symbol for the manufacture of pressure vessels. January 2005 • Obtained Certificate of Authorization to apply the “NB” mark and register boilers, pressure vessels or other pressure retaining items with the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors of the United State of America March 2006 • New Factory workshop extension. Operating from rented premises in Klang when commencing business, the company was involved in all general civil, structural & mechanical engineering works. Among them are fabrication of metal structure, design, fabricationi, installtion & commisioning of sawdust extraction, conveying, storage & disposal systems for woodworking & furniture manufacturing factories, After being issued with licenses by Department of Occupational Safety & Health Malaysia (DOSH),to fabricate unfired pressure vessels & quick opening cluth doors for oil palm sterilizers & wood impregnation vessels in January 1991 & October 1992 respectively, the company was able to accept order for the fabrication of the said items. Due to the growth in business volume & with growing potential in the pressure vessel fabrication business, Pisces acquired the land, where is current premises are located, in 1993. Upon completion of the construction of the new factory & admistrative office in February 1995, the company then operated its business from it and has since been here with the current built-up area of 85,000 sq ft. The number of workers has also increased to more than one hundred currently. The business activities hasve also narrowed down to those related to fabrication of machinery and vessels for oilseed extraction system, edible oil and oleo-chemical process plants, biodiesel plants & glycerin refining plants. The company has since 2004 been accredited with the Amerocan Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and been authorized to use their indicated symbol for the manufacture of pressure vessels.
